Migrating merchants to our new abandoned checkout automation.

As the scope of the Marketing Automations platform grew, our team was asked to create a new automation that would engage customers who abandoned their checkouts, and was tasked with the migration of all 2M merchants to this new automation from their previous experience of managing an automated email in their admin settings.
My role on this project was to design the automation experience, explore patterns of discovery when it came to informing merchants of the new automation, and to design their experience after they've migrated.
