During my time at Shopify, I worked on the Marketing Automations team where we built a platform in Shopify that automated merchants' marketing efforts. This work included intent-base templates using first-party apps like Shopify's Email and Flow app.

Our efforts to help merchants engage their customers led our team to be a top driver for first-party app adoption and attributed $2B in sales for merchants.
